The VC-25B Program is seeking a skilled Product Support Integration Specialist to join our Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Management (ILSP&M) team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure successful integration of the products and services required to support the VC-25B Program delivery schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of development programs and the interactions within integrated product teams (IPTs).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the San Antonio, TX facility.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Engineering or technical degree with a focus on aerospace or related field
  • Strong knowledge of development programs and enterprise gate processes.
  • Experience working with integrated product teams and understanding their interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with the United States Air Force (USAF) on military aircraft such as C40, C32, or VC-25 highly desired.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to logistics management operations, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) for complex systems throughout all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
  • Manage, monitor, and integrate product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
  • Develop processes and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
  • Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution of support activities.
  • Review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact.
  • Aid in programmatic tasks not limited to meeting support, presentation development, minute-taking, action item tracking and weekly reporting.
  • Communicate effectively on a range of integrated logistics and sustainment topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
