Working with us as a People’s First Bank as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service. About the role As a Customer Service Consultant, you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. This is a flexible part-time position at our Modbury Branch with variable hours 15 to 32 hours a week on a rotating roster. With rosters provided for a 4-week period, and released 1-week in advance, to support your work-life balance. Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Saturday trading and we are seeking applicants with full availability and flexibility across the working week. In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members’ needs. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members. You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirations and help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.
