Your opportunity Part-Time – 4 days - Kirrawee Location You will play a vital role by providing administrative, scheduling and customer service support within our Retirement Village at Kirrawee. Reporting to the Care Service Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care and services, while supporting our residents, their families, and internal retirement living teams. This is a resident-facing role that requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a heart for supporting older Australians in a respectful and compassionate way. With integrity and resilience, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident and stakeholder inquiries through calls, emails and in person. Coordinate and schedule care and support services for residents, ensuring timely adjustments as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Anglicare’s CRM and other IT systems. Support resident onboarding processes and general administrative tasks. Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace. What you’ll bring Strong customer service skills and ability to engage empathetically with residents and their families. Alignment with Anglicare’s mission, vision, and values, including integrity, compassion, and excellence. Background in community-based aged care services is highly desirable. Experience in scheduling systems and technology applications. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills. Exceptional customer service and administrative skills with a desire to support older people with dignity and respect along with your ability to multitask with keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, scheduling or business support Experience in aged care, community services or similar environments (preferred) Familiarity with rostering and care coordination systems Why Anglicare?
