About the role The Support Officer plays a crucial role at the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), providing quality service to AMEB customers and the public through the provision of accurate and up-to-date advice concerning all aspects of examinations and examination materials, and for the efficient operation of examinations held in the studios at 117 Clarence Street and at other venues. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality reception and switchboard services to AMEB stakeholders. Processing examination results, including scanning, data entry and the printing and distribution of certificates. Deliver a range of administrative and operational support services Balancing a diverse workload in an environment of continuous interruptions and high-volume transactions. Our ideal candidate will need: Previous experience assessing and resolving issues in a frontline, high volume and customer focused environment. Proven experience managing and maintaining workload in an environment of continuous interruptions and high volume of work. Responsibilities
