EXIGENCES DU POSTE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Diplôme d’études secondaires et six (6) ans d’expérience pertinente.
• Certification sur chariot élévateur et pont roulant obligatoire
• Connaissance du logiciel MS Office
• Connaissance des systèmes suivants : ARIBA, SAP,
• Permis de conduire classe 3 pour camion de 5 tonnes
• Bonnes relations interpersonnelles et travail d’équipe, aptitudes à communiquer et à négocier et un très bon sens del’organisation
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control all tool movement for BTCL
• Reproduction of tool designs and Mylar using Catia and light table.
• Responsible for procurement of all types of materials used in the fabrication of tools
• Responsible for tool design crib.
• Prepare Request for Quotation in conformance with divisional procedures and BTCL approved sources of supply listing
• Prepare negotiation packages of various types of tool details for our local outside tool vendors
• Uses Ariba - non direct web based ordering system
• Follow-up with vendors to expedite deliveries
• Maintain proper tooling material inventory
• Responsible for transportation of tools and tooling warehouse activities

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Leaving Certificate and six (6) years of pertinent experience.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification required.
• Knowledge of the tool design bill of materials
• Knowledge of computer MS Office software
• Knowledge in the following systems: TOPS, MRP, SFCS, MEPS, MAPLE,BEIMS, Traffic, TSA
• Class 3 driver license for 5 ton truck
• Willingness to travel in order to perform vendor tooling audits
• Good interpersonal relations and team work, communication and negotiation skills and a very strong sense of organization
• Functional knowledge in French is required.
• Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
