As a relief colleague, you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we still provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays and absence.
The main purpose of your role will be to support an amazing gentleman in his own home with all aspects of his daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, meal planning, housework and personal care.
With the gentleman also enjoys various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in swimming, the outdoors, watching and listening to sports and going for walks to name a few.
We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don’t need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that’ll give you all the skills you’ll need, including the opportunity to complete your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification.
