    We are currently recruiting Support Practitioners to work with a local 45 year-old gentleman in his own home based in Kirkhill. This really is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, to enable him to live independently in his own home. This role will involve personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and accompanying him in social activities.
    We are currently recruiting for a full-time member of staff to join the team. Shift times are as follows:
    07.30 – 14.45
    14.45 – 22.00

MAIN DUTIES

  • Work in accordance with Support Plans through ongoing discussion with, and under the direction of the Assistant Service Manager and designated professional staff; to help meet the individuals’ physical, social and emotional needs.
  • Support with personal care needs, mobility, medication and dietary requirements respecting choice and dignity at all times.
  • Contribute to enhancing the people we support with daily living which include domestic duties, shopping and social activities.
