Your tasks

• As the central contact person in IT support, you will handle incoming malfunctions and service requests by telephone, email or via the ticketing system.
• You create new users in Active Directory, manage groups, and adjust permissions.
• When setting up new devices, you take care of installation, configuration and functional testing.
• You regularly conduct error analyses and work on the sustainable resolution of recurring problems.
• Furthermore, you will support IT projects, e.g. in the area of ​​system migrations or process optimization.

This is what you bring with you

• IT-related training or several years of relevant professional experience in IT support (1st & 2nd level support)
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and common Office applications
• Experience in handling ticketing systems as well as in customer and user support
• Structured, independent work style and enjoyment of teamwork
• Solid German skills

Your benefits
