XPLM Solution GmbH is seeking a Support Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our exceptional team!

YOUR SKILL SET

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or IT field or comparable knowledge
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field desirable
  • Experience with PLM systems, ECAD and/or MCAD systems
  • Knowledge of .Net programming language is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner with a strong focus on customer needs
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Dresden/Viernheim
  • Communication is one of your strengths – both in German and in English (fluent in speaking and writing)
Responsibilities
  • You will support our customers in implementing and using the XPLM integrations for MCAD and/or ECAD systems. This includes analyzing their individual requirements and solving technical challenges
  • You work closely with our customers to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of the XPLM integration.
  • Together with the team, you ensure seamless integration and smooth collaboration between the systems. You analyse interfaces and coordinate technical matters.
  • You are the central point of contact for our existing customers, providing them with long-term support and analyzing optimization potential in order to efficiently develop their systems.
  • You support our customers in updating and further developing their XPLM integrations. This includes planning and executing upgrades, ensuring system compatibility and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure smooth operation.
