Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Support Services Employee, you will be a vital part of our services team, contributing to the daily wellbeing of our residents. In this hands-on role, you will work under the guidance of experienced staff to build your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
Your work will help create a safe, clean, and homely space for our residents, playing a key role in their comfort and quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will perform a range of tasks including:

  • Assisting kitchen staff with meal preparation, plating, and serving food to residents
  • Cleaning and sanitising resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared common areas to maintain hygiene and safety
  • Providing support with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and returning personal items and linen
  • Working collaboratively with the hospitality and care teams to uphold a high standard of service and care
