About this position: As a representative for Support Services, your primary role will be to support the branches and other departments through various channels, including answering phones and emails, reviewing documents, providing guidance, auditing, processing applications, and more. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, great member service skills, previous experience in the financial industry, and be passionate to support others and work as a team. Primary job responsibilities will consist of: Supporting employees from branches and other departments with their members and other needs Answering calls and responding to emails for employees and members Work with members over the phone and/or by mail Auditing new accounts, account changes, and other reports as assigned Processing online membership applications Reviewing documents for members, such as trusts, power-of-attorneys, estates, etc. Assist with applicable software support and testing Generate and complete reports Other tasks and roles as assigned Requirements Good computer skills with a working knowledge of DataSafe, Temenos (preferred, but not required), Microsoft Word, and Excel Be enthusiastic and have great member service skills with both internal and external members Strong desire to support branch and department employees and provide guidance Must work well in a team environment Possess strong communication skills and have excellent phone, email, and writing etiquette New account experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to problem solve and determine effective solutions
