Support Services Specialist - Investments (Temporary, Full-time) Location: Peterborough, ON Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Duration: Approximately September 2026 - November 2027 Rate of Pay: $900.47 - $1,324.22 per week (plus applicable benefits) Position Description: As a Support Services Specialist, you will: * As the Support Expert in relation to all Registered and Non-registered products: - Provide product/service recommendations and advice to Wealth Advisors - Act as an expert resource for training branch Staff and Managers on all investments products and participate in special projects as required - Provide Expert advice, documentation support and accurate processing according to FSCO and OSFI legislation for Wealth advisors - Provide advice, documentation support and accurate processing for specialty registered withdrawal i.e. homebuyers, transfer outs, marriage breakdown and bankruptcy monitoring - Manage, review and request discretionary approvals from DM’s and WM. - Daily Verification of account transactions completed by Staff for accuracy and completeness. - Advise and perform error corrections to/for Branch Staff, advising Managers if frequent issues are identified * Responsible for the setup, maintenance and administration of all Registered products files * Process registered transactions administered by back office * Responsible for overseeing and triaging support requests through Support Services ticket system * Responsible for the maintenance, support and administration of Class A and B Shares Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Post-secondary education with emphasis in accounting would be an asset * Two years’ experience in a related position. * Expert knowledge of CRA guidelines related to Registered products would be an asset * Expert knowledge of CRA guidelines related T5, T4’s and NR4’s would be an asset  * Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills * New employees are required to disclose their vaccination status as a condition of hire.
