ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Support Services Specialist manages the daily operations of the Mail Center, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of mail and electronic correspondence. This role also provides essential administrative support for remote team members within Revenue Cycle Services, supporting both acute and ambulatory settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and promptly.
• Scan relevant documents for electronic record-keeping.
• Disperse electronic correspondence as needed.
• Manage and process returned mail to ensure proper follow-up.
• Provide administrative support to work-from-home team members, facilitating smooth remote operations.
• Support Revenue Cycle Services across both acute and ambulatory care environments.
