Job Summary: The Operations Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to both division leadership and field operations. The Operations Support Specialist is expected to maintain a working knowledge of all client-specific operational requirements and provide support to field operations who are responsible for providing day-to-day service to specific clients. Considerations Must be willing to support operations outside as needed Responsibilities: All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with client and/or Andy Frain policies and procedures. Responsibilities may vary from location to location, but will typically consist of the following: Become proficient in Andy Frain Services' administrative systems. To include payroll, onboarding, scheduling, and other administrative duties. Train supervisors and staff on the internal Andy Frain administrative systems Complete payroll and submit payroll adjustments. Assist in the recruitment and processing of new staff. Support operations with scheduling and dispatching of security officers. Maintain good administrative order of all client contractual requirements. Ie. training requirements and post orders Maintain a working knowledge of client contract requirements. Develop processes and systems to ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct site inspections and audits. Complete required documentation and provide reports to management. Cover security posts if other coverage options have been exhausted. Manage and audit training records. Track training expiration dates and coordinate with field operations to ensure recurrent training is completed within the required time frame. Conduct Andy Frain systems training for new supervisory and management staff. Order and manage uniform inventory for sites within the division. In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives, acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts. Review payroll weekly to ensure proper rates are paid. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be demonstrated through experience, training, or testing. · Must meet and continue to meet Andy Frain's employment standards. · Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly. · Knowledge of business operations, management, and human resources administration. · Use of a personal computer and spreadsheet software. · Ability to synthesize business/ financial data and develop solutions. · Planning, organizational, and leadership skills. · Oral and written communication skills. · Strong customer service and service delivery orientation. · Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures. · Ability to be an effective leader and member of teams. · Ability to take initiative and achieve results. · Knowledge of security operations and procedures. · Knowledge of public safety priorities and limitations on authority. · Knowledge of safe work practices. · Knowledge of emergency policies and procedures. · Ability to maintain professionalism in unusual or difficult circumstances. · Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult and hostile situations. · Ability to adapt to change in procedures, locations, and the organization. · Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Qualifications Florida Security D License Must be 21 yrs. + High School Diploma Must pass background check Must pass drug test Computer skills a plus
