You bring strong experience in end-user support and a solid technical foundation: 5+ years of experience in hardware/software support (mainly Windows, some Mac) Microsoft Office and productivity tools Hardware troubleshooting and support Asset management (focusing onIntune) Active Directory / Entra ID Ticketing systems (we use Jira) It’s a plus if you have experience with Jamf, Atlassian tools, security awareness, or compliance frameworks like ISO27001, NIS2, or DORA — but it’s not a requirement from day one. Your skills What to dive into Automate patch management:BuildWindows Autopatch with ring-based rollouts, monitoring, and reporting to reduce manual follow-up on Windows updates. Strengthen AD and Entra: Tighten group structure, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle handling across the hybrid setup. Implement a new ITSM platform:Help shape the service catalogue, self-service portal, and knowledge base, along with priority matrix and clear roles and responsibilities with infrastructure. Automate access reviews: Set up recurring reviews in Entra that meet ISO27001 and NIS2 requirements without manual overhead. What makes you a good fit? What You’ll Do Hvilken nørd er du? Your manager will support you with sparring, priorities, and the backing needed to succeed in the role. Success in the role means that you: Delivertimely, high-quality Digital Workplace support across tickets, calls, and email Improve workplace tools, processes, and lifecycle management Manage the full asset lifecycle through solid housekeeping and clear ownership Drive Digital Workplace initiatives and collaborate closely with security and infrastructure stakeholders Timeframe expectations 0-3 months: land in the team, join the culture, get to know the office while crunching tickets and identifying key improvement opportunities. 3-6 months: You drive your own improvement initiatives in collaboration with colleagues, clarify roles and responsibilities within the team, and help define how success and progress are measured. 6-12 months: Own your area. You're the go-to person for Digital Workplace, driving initiatives and shaping how we work going forward. You act as the team's SPoC, handling ticket dispatch, prioritization, and stakeholder management. Together, we ensure the necessary support, including relevant training/certifications.
