We’re a close-knit group that’s passionate about reducing emissions and enjoys collaborating with each other—and the public—to make a difference. In this role, you’ll work directly with residents to understand their needs and help them find the best energy-saving solutions for their homes. Although this is a remote position an ideal candidate is located in British Columbia. You must be available to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You’re a great fit if you can… Respond to inbound calls and emails from program participants, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information about the program requirements. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including hold times and after-call wrap up time. Provide support with application reviews and other administrative tasks. Work regular full-time hours based on Pacific Standard Time. Exciting candidates will have… 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; call centre experience is an asset. Post-secondary education is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Oral fluency in French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi, or Tagalog is a strong asset.
