Your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support for learning systems, WMS system access, training approvals, curriculum updates, and training tracking/reporting Deliver New Hire Onboarding and coordinate refresher training for existing employees; evaluate training effectiveness and apply improvements based on data and feedback Collaborate with Business Process Leads and managers to deliver training that supports operational changes and initiatives Develop and manage eLearning content across multiple learning management systems (LMS) Minimum of 3 years' experience in training, learning and development or a related field Proven experience building, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a regulated environment Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across multiple levels Experience using learning management systems and content development tools Ability to conduct needs assessments and analyze data to drive performance solutions Working knowledge of change management practices and principles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting training initiatives in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline Familiarity with Quality Systems and compliance-based training tracking eLearning development experience using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar Requisition ID: 617794 Minimum Salary: $66900 Maximum Salary: $127100 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
