VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our Technology team in Pune. This role involves providing application support for Java-Spring Boot applications, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high service standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for incident resolution, application health monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting, while collaborating with development teams to enhance reliability and maintainability. What you will do Respond to and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring SLA compliance. Monitor application health and proactively address issues. Collaborate with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT. Improve operational excellence through analysis and best practices. Create and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures. Who you are Minimum 4+ years of experience in application support for Java-Spring Boot applications. Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Skilled in managing production incidents and problem tickets. Proficient in debugging tools, monitoring tools, and OTEL & Grafana. Familiarity with BPMN concepts, distributed logging, and AWS security basics. Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. Nice-to-have: Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go), Unix familiarity, and experience with log aggregation tools (Loki, ELK, Splunk). Not a Perfect Fit? Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
