Description

Greeter - Welcoming each and every guest to the restaurant. Controlling business flow. Answering phones. Taking and maintaining reservations. Prior experience with Toast Tables reservation software is a plus. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize. Busser - You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting utensils, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. You will work closely with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Toast software experience is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods of time A candidate who is descriptive and can easily pay attention to details The ability to perform well and accurately in a fast-paced environment Availability during the weekends is a must Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a similar role preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a fine dining establishment * Knowledge of food and beverage service * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
