The Client Service Unit’s Support Staff will serve as an integral front-facing ambassador between members of the public and SINDA in addressing their queries, attending to needs and always ready to go the extra mile.

ENSURING A POSITIVE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Assisting with the management of day-to-day client service operations across all modes – calls, chatbot, and emails.
  • Attending to walk-in clients in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on SINDA’s programmes, services and events.
  • Ensuring that the front desk is well-maintained for operations.
  • Routing clients to appropriate departments for appointments and follow-ups.
  • Respond to client service issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing HR Policies, SOPs, Handbooks, or other related documentation
  • Experience in the public/social service sector would be an added advantage
  • Able to work during assigned weekends to support SINDA’s events (compensated with time off)
