SUPPORT STAFF – LORETTE BRASSERIE

Lorette Brasserie is a refined neighborhood dining room inspired by the timeless elegance of French café culture. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our service team and help uphold the high standards of our guest experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

THE ROLE:

Support staff are the backbone of our dining room. Working alongside servers, bartenders, and management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service, a pristine environment, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist servers with table maintenance, water service, and clearing plates
• Assist Hosts as required
• Reset and polish tables with care and efficiency
• Support food runners and bar staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining room
• Uphold our fine dining standards through attention to detail and guest awareness
