JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible to work directly with school personnel to recognize, investigate and
evaluate student concerns which may lead to at risk behavior and to connect support services to
those students. Provide alternative recommendations and leadership to school personnel and Social
Service Assistants in developing and implementing best practices to ensure student success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university degree in Social Work or related field.
Two years minimum work experience in the field of education or case management.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and provide own transportation.
