we are looking for a support/stand in team leader for our small friendly home ,we offer paid breaks and enhanced pay if you are working a bank holidays the role includes alternate weekends and our shift are mornings and afternoons each shift is 7 hours , we provide training, and you must have a minimum level 2 qualification in health and social care for team lead .
you will need to be reliable and committed to the role and to give excellent care you must be able to have good communication skills and speak clearly you will must be able to use a Tablet, Pc.
Job Purpose
To be part of the team , whose aims are to ensure that residents’ care, including personal care, house hold tasks and psychological needs are met daily. To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within the Residential Home. To help maintain a stimulating and attractive environment for the residents.
The job holders are an ambassador for our home and is expected to example the values contained within our Charter, to support and work in unison to help gain the motivation and participation of all staff in applying high values in their day-to-day work.
to be part of the team and lead a team you must listen and support and also ensure all logs are completed; to help staff, good and clear communication skills are paramount for this role .
