We provide POS systems and extended technology solutions to restaurant and retail businesses. We are a dynamic company focused on keeping our customers happy and successful.
We are currently seeking a Support Technician for our Phoenix, AZ location. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems, along with a basic to intermediate understanding of networking and hands-on experience with POS programming or configuration.

Our Support Team provides service to our customers that includes:

  • Phone-based help desk support
  • On-site technical service
  • Training and installation
  • Hardware troubleshooting and repair

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Introductory to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, routers/switches, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Experience with POS system programming/configuration (menus, modifiers, printers, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Solid computer aptitude, including familiarity with Windows environments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including after-hours and occasional weekends
  • Prior POS support experience or restaurant management experience is a strong plus
