We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Technician / Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will support core IT operations by performing essential database changes, processing documentation, and ensuring system access integrity. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain efficient business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

One year or more of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment or operations-driven environment.
Foundational knowledge of database management and basic SQL.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Previous experience in a similar role required; eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform and validate basic database updates, including Bill of Materials (BOM) changes, lot rollbacks, and related modifications.
Process and maintain accurate IT documentation, records, and system access forms (e.g. CAMS).
Provide technical support to the IT team and assist in troubleshooting issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT processes within daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of all database changes and system updates.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
