SUPPORT TECHNICIAN: Must have 1-2 years of experience in technical support of Microsoft Products (servers, desktops), Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad), networking technologies. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Training will be provided with ongoing training. Paid certifications.
