As part of our support team in Friedrichsdorf (near Frankfurt), you will support customers, sales and international partner companies with operating and application questions relating to imc’s diverse product range.
After extensive training, you will independently process and resolve customer queries, communicate customer feedback to the relevant departments and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
You will create smaller customer-specific solutions with our software products imc STUDIO and imc FAMOS.
After your induction, you can also work from home if you wish.

• Advice and support for customers with technical measurement questions and tasks by e-mail, telephone, remotely or personally on site
• Creating sample configurations for our measurement data acquisition and evaluation software
• Testing, reproducing, and processing errors for our development department
• Answering and solving licensing questions relating to imc STUDIO and imc FAMOS
