Overview: As a Customer Support Technician at Renew Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers-including dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and clinical staff-receive reliable and responsive technical support for advanced extraoral imaging systems and associated software platforms. Your primary focus will be on supporting CBCT units, panoramic imaging systems, cephalometric equipment, and imaging software solutions. In addition to providing technical support, you will contribute to product evaluation and workflow optimization, helping us remain at the forefront of dental imaging technology. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Facts: • Technical Support: Deliver friendly, timely, and effective technical and workflow support via phone, email, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to extraoral imaging systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Versatile Collaboration: Embrace the entrepreneurial mindset of a growing organization by supporting a variety of operational and project-based needs. Be adaptable and willing to assist across multiple areas to help the business succeed. • Customer-Facing Role: Represent Renew Digital with professionalism, technical expertise, and resourcefulness in all customer interactions with doctors, clinical staff, and key stakeholders. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, dedicated team of specialists while partnering with sales representatives and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Resources: All necessary tools, resources, and support will be provided to enable success in the role. • Professional Growth: As part of a rapidly growing company and industry, you will have access to ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities.
