REQUIREMENTS

· IT qualification or certification
· 3+ years’ experience in technical support or field service
· Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPN, routers, switches, and server infrastructure
· Experience with firewalls, remote desktop, and virtualisation
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Current driver’s licence and ability to travel
· White Card, police clearance, first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
