As a Technical Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s technical team, working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, install and troubleshoot software, and provide support to our customers. You’ll get hands-on experience with the latest Apple products and technologies, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should have a strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers get the most out of their Apple products.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Matric
  • Completed A+ N+ Qualification
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software
  • Install and configure new hardware and software for customers
  • Provide support to customers on how to use their Apple products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repairs
  • Work closely with other members of the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the store
