We are looking for a Support Worker to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, to provide emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

WE HAVE A FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE WHICH WILL INCLUDE DAY, AFTERNOON, EVENING & SLEEP IN SHIFTS (ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS MADE FOR SLEEP INS)

Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
