**Your responsibilities will include:**

* Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines

* Assisting with mobility, meals and other individual care needs

* Maintaining clean, safe and comfortable resident areas

* Preparing and serving meals

* Supporting residents during activities, appointments and community outings

* Providing companionship and encouraging social participation

* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ health or wellbeing

* Caring, patient and respectful toward older people and people with disabilities

* Committed to providing person-centred support

* Reliable, punctual and confident working independently

* A clear communicator who works well with residents, families and colleagues

* Professional and committed to maintaining dignity, privacy and safety

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
