Responsibilities

In this role you will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement. We are all about personalised and people-focused support, teaming up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. Join us in making a positive difference in the lives of those with disabilities!

A typical day in the role may look like…

  • Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them
  • Joining customers in recreational activities;
  • Supporting customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, health and hygiene, medication administration and attending appointments;
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
  • Administration duties and mandatory daily reports.
