Home Caring Ryde/Eastwood is an ethical and fast-growing provider of NDIS and Aged Care services in the north of Sydney. The area we cover include but not limited to Ryde, Eastwood, Epping, Carlingford, Hunters Hill, Gladesville, Marsfield and surrounding suburbs across Sydney.
We are seeking experienced female or male In-home Aged Care Support Workers to assist with the provision of high-quality exceptional care to our NDIS or Aged Care clients/participants currently engaged.
Our Support Workers are home-based and utilise a mobile work model (with electronic support for administration), attracting above industry average awards, travel reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities, appropriate to client need.
There is scope for our support staff to work specifically with NDIS participants, Aged Care clients or a mix of both.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in aged care and/or NDIS sector
• A genuine passion to work alongside participants/the elderly and to make a positive and lasting difference in their lives
• Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
• Resilience and compassion
• Worker Screening check
• Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
• Current CPR or First Aid certificate (or applying)
• Current National Police check
• Current NSW Drivers License & access to a reliable vehicle is preferred
• The right to work in Australia
• Full Covid-19 vaccination

  Pay: $39.55 – $43.44 per hour

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)

• Assistance with self-care activities at home
• Assistance with domestic tasks such as cleaning, shopping and transport
• In-home respite, companionship, and social activities
• Light administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)
