As their services continue to grow, KKCS is looking for reliable, compassionate Support Workers who genuinely care about making a difference in their community. This is a community based role, supporting clients across the Hunter region.

As a Grade 3 or 4 Aged Care Support Worker, You're responsible for:

• Personal care, domestic support, social support & transport
• Accurate care documentation using an iPad
• Work across the Hunter region (Maitland, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Newcastle & surrounds
