Priory Lynbrook is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker
We are located in Bamber Bridge, a suburb of Preston, and offer residential support for four adults who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability. The service is located on a side road in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.
Our staff are dedicated to providing our residents with a good quality of life, in a safe and nurturing environment, where they can grow and develop.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents well-being. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As A Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
Building relationships: Supporting the development of important family connections and liaising with external specialists, including Speech & Language Therapists and Learning Disability teams.
