SUPPORT WORKER – BANK WORK - NIGHTS OR DAYS - BETWEEN £12.30 TO £12.60 PER HOUR!

    This Support Worker role offers a great salary of between £10.50 and £13.70 per hour!

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Ideally you will have:

  • NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care,
  • Min 1 years experience in a residential setting.
  • Nursing qualifications (or part there of) will also be considered too

Ideally you will have experience of working with children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioral challenges and/or complex care needs

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker at one of our residential homes, for Young Adults, you will be supporting and giving high levels of care for young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, complex needs and may also have diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, EBD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges.
Our home provides a safe and nurturing environment where preconceptions are challenged, and young people are encouraged to be the best that they can be and to live life to its fullest.
As a support worker, you will assist the management team in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to children and young adults.
