We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• A great communicator who can build trust and rapport
• Adaptable and able to respond calmly to changing situations
• Comfortable working independently (including lone working and sleep-ins)
• Willing to support with personal care in a dignified and respectful way

Experience in care or working with adults with learning disabilities/autism is an advantage, but not essential we’ll provide full training. A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and a driving licence are also beneficial but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a full-time Support Worker (37 hours/week) to join our team on a permanent contract, working on a rota that includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays (with enhancements paid).

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

• Support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication (as needed)
• Help people maintain their tenancies and live the life they choose
• Encourage participation in community life and build meaningful relationships
• Promote independence by developing life skills and confidence
• Work flexibly and adaptively to meet changing needs
• Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
