REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Good understanding of safeguarding, mental health conditions, and recovery models
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins and on-call
• Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
• DBS check required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct care and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of support workers on shift
• Develop and review care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs
• Administer and monitor medication in line with policies and procedures
