REQUIREMENTS

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – essential
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) – essential
• Certificate or qualification in Community Services (or related field) – desirable
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car – essential
• Experience working with children with autism is highly regarded

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Bradbury, NSW, to support a 10–12-year-old participant with autism. This role is for 20 hours per week, working 4 hours per day on weekdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide person-centred support in line with the participant’s NDIS plan
• Assist with daily living activities and community access
• Build positive and trusting relationships with the participant and family
• Support the participant in achieving their personal goals
