JOB VACANCY: VIETNAMESE SPEAKING SUPPORT WORKER

We are currently hiring one Vietnamese-speaking Support Worker to join our team.
We welcome all applicants, but at the moment, we are specifically looking for someone who can speak both Vietnamese and English to support communication within our team and community.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• Certificate III / IV (Preferred) in Aged Care/ Individual support / Disability Support or any equivalent qualification

DOCUMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Driver’s License & your own car
• Police Check
• Must have right to work in Australia

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-home Care Services: daily tasks, personal hygiene and care, dressing, etc.
• Community Access Service

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

You specialise in providing care, companionship and emotional support to help client maintain their independence and improve the quality of their life.
Providing daily living assistance, such as showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes and general movement. So, you will actively assist the client with care. You will also assist the client with community-based recreational activities and social engagements.
