Work with Care Dedications to make a real difference to people’s lives which require extra support.
Training:
All Health and Social care Mandatory trainings
Practical Training and Experience in the following:
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
- Positive, with a can-do attitude.
- Caring and empathetic.
- Have at least 6 Months Experience needed within the UK Care Industry
The Role will involve:
- Helping people to live the individual life they want
- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
- Supporting people with their medication
- Experience needed with challenging behaviour
- Experience with Autism
-Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
-Administering medication in accordance with established protocols.
-Monitoring and recording patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
-Assisting with mobility and exercise routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
-Supporting patients with their nutritional needs and ensuring that they have access to appropriate food and drink.
-Assisting with the preparation of clinical areas and equipment.
-Ensuring that patients’ rooms and communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
-Communicating with patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
-Maintaining accurate records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team.
-Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks effectively.
-Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
