Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be part of a small team providing 1:1 care in a warm, nurturing home environment. The role involves:

  • Supporting communication using AAC (training provided)
  • Sensory regulation and engagement in meaningful activities
  • Personal care and mealtime support
  • Light domestic assistance related to the participant
  • Supporting family routines and outings
  • Following consistent routines and strategies developed with allied health professionals
