With Participants located in Melbourne's Northern and Eastern suburbs, and a growing demand for our services, Carepro Disability Services is seeking confident, capable and experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.


We're looking for professionals who bring strong disability sector experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex support environments. If you take pride in your work, genuinely want to make a difference, and are looking for consistent shifts, a supportive team, and the opportunity to support complex and rewarding participants, we'd love to hear from you.


Ideal candidates will have experience with:


✔ Autism

✔ Behaviours of concern

✔ Transporting participants

✔ Personal care

✔ Down Syndrome

✔ Medication administration


What you'll bring:


✔ Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support

✔ Confidence in the support you provide

✔ Professionalism, reliability and initiative

✔ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support

✔ Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to  understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments

✔ Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and     active/non-active overnight shifts

✔ A valid driver's licence and car
