Location: Sutton, SM6
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00)

ABOUT US

We provide safe, and supportive accommodation for young people aged 16–25 as they work towards independence. We are dedicated to empowering residents to build brighter futures by offering practical support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a support, care, or youth work setting (desirable, but not essential – training provided)
  • A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
  • We are looking for experienced Support workers who have extensive knowledge in this field. you must be able to work in a person centered approach and have the basic certification in Safeguarding, health and safety, and understanding of the care system polices.
    Must have experience in report writing, doing daily logs, assessments and basic admin. good communication skills, ability to work ethically and safely.
    This role would suit an experienced support worker/senior manager who has worked in this sector before and that could bring their knowledge to the position.
    Owning your own car would be an advantage but not essential.
