Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life?
At Caritas Care, we’re a values-driven charity supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes and communities. As part of our Supported Living Service, you’ll help people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their best life – on their terms.
Due to service expansion, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team. Whether you’re looking for a few hours a week, night shifts, or full-time work, we have a range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide personal care and one-to-one support in the home and community
  • Assist the people we support to achieve goals and explore meaningful activities
  • Follow and help deliver personalised care and support plans
  • Encourage independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and support health assessments
  • Champion best practice in safeguarding, health & safety, and mental capacity

What we offer:

  • 32–37 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata)
  • Generous sick pay and pension scheme
  • Comprehensive induction, training, and regular supervision
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • A supportive, values-led team and opportunities to grow your skills

About you:
You don’t need prior experience – just the right values and a genuine commitment to empowering others. We’ll support you every step of the way with training and development.
If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to work for a charity that puts people first, we’d love to hear from you.
