Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals. Clwb Cartrefi currently has 10 people we support in our day service and 1 client home care but the service is building and we are very excited about this. We take clients out into the community to do community based activities. We focus on nurturing and developing life skills and social skills. Activities include trips to the local cafes, cinema, cooking sessions, craft sessions, and trips to tourist attractions. Our person centred approach means any activity that the person we support is interested in we will try to facilitate for them.
At Clwb Cartrefi we run weekly cooking sessions where clients can learn skills in the kitchen and work along side other clients forming invaluable friendships. We have a craft and sensory room where we hold activities including monthly bingo sessions. Clwb Cartrefi are looking for individuals who have a great work ethic, a sense of fun and someone who can work autonomously as well as fit into a fast growing team.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person-centred support every day, this truly is a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
