About the Role

• Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and daily living support
• Assist with community access, shopping, cooking, and light household tasks
• Encourage skill development and independence in participants
• Implement tailored support plans, including behavioural support needs
• Work within participants’ homes and supported living environments

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• 6+ months experience in disability, autism, or mental health support
• Comfortable providing personal care & domestic assistance
