• Key ResponsibilitiesProviding person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Supporting individuals with daily living activities.

• Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities.
• Supporting with meal preparation and household tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records and daily notes.
• Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
• Building positive and professional relationships with service users.
