Sevello Children’s Homes are recruiting Support Workers for their exciting new home, New Haven, opening near Sudbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new team and support up to 4 children aged 5–12, many of whom will have a diagnosis such as Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), ADHD, or Autism. Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stable home environment, helping children to develop life skills, build confidence, and work towards a brighter future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support up to 4 children with daily routines, education, and activities
  • Encourage independence and help develop essential life skills
  • Build positive relationships and act as a role model
  • Work as part of a team to create a safe, supportive environment
  • Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Provide consistent emotional support to children with EBD, ADHD, Autism, or similar needs
